I really do not know what to say besides the fact that they have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with with anyone, ever. I called once to confirm if the vehicle was still available, then a second time to confirm a cash price. This went fairly well the female was short with me on the phone but that was fine I assumed they were busy. I then called back about 2 hours later because on the video they posted they had a different price. I called one more time to make sure that the internet price was accurate and if I came up I would be paying that price and I was told to fill out a credit application. I again said that I not going to finance through them and I was paying cash. She then hung up on me. I called back again and asked why she hung up on me when all I was doing was clarifying a few questions and doing due diligence before driving far and making a moderate sized purchase. She then told me that she is done explaining this to me as she had lost 17 other sales by talking on the phone with me. I asked for a manager and she said that she was the manager. What a complete [non-permissible content removed] this lady was; absolute disgrace. DON'T ASK QUESTIONS BECAUSE YOU WILL REALIZE THAT THEY ARE A JOKE AND A COMPLETE SCAM!!! Google them you will see!!
