Laura, our sales associate was friendly and super knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. The delivery experience was helpful in introducing us to our new Explorer and the finance processing was quick and easy. The 0% for 60 months from Ford is a nice incentive as well.

I told Steve the customer advisor what I was looking for. He was up front with me letting me know they did not have the car on the lot, but if I gave him time he would find one for me at another dealer. After about 10-15 minutes he located one. He sent an email. While waiting for response I test drove a similar car. Test drive was not just around the block, but a good 20-30 minutes. Steve did not force anything on me and was very cognicant to what I wanted. He told me when the car would be ready for pick up and it was. During the pick up Shay was very informable. She went through the car with me in detail. Again she was not rushing me out the door she took the time to answer my questions and make sure I was comfortable with everything. My overall experience was pleasurable and will definitely refer people to your dealership in the future.

I liked that the sales rep going by the last name Ramos was able to fulfil 90% of my request in finding a vehicle that fit my needs and the next 10% that Healy Brother didn't provide to make the purchasing of the vehicle perfect at one stop shop, it felt as if I had a 100% from my sales rep because he knew where who and was need to complete the job. All information needed was provided and I had no problem in locating the right someone to complete the job.

can't close the deal

I have purchased 2 trucks and 2 cars from healey (bought 3 in 1 years time) I went there to try to buy 2 new trucks 1 F350 lariat and an F250 platinum we were 1500 short of making the deal on the F350 and to far apart on the F250 so we left I went back to try to buy the F 250 again but still could not close the deal. I called today to ask about a different truck they had on the lot and was told we already gave you a price and were not moving then the young lady I was talking to told me to have fun driving the truck I was truing to trade in because it was loosing value every day and she scolded me for not taking the deal they had offered and said I should go some were else I will never set foot in that dealership again nor will I recommend them to any of my friends or business associates they were very rude because I did not accept there offer
