Terrible, just terrible

We saw the used car we wanted on their website, so went to this dealership despite the negative reviews. We still like the car (partly because it's not a Jeep, Chrysler, or Dodge), but everything about our experiences with this dealer was just terrible. The salesperson we dealt with wouldn't return phone calls. They didn't provide important accessories, like the tool to remove the spare tire. They made every aspect of our interactions with them hellish, and we wish we could erase the whole thing from our memories. Go elsewhere.

Sales was smooth and easy. This would have been a 5 star review but the service after the sale is horrible. Cannot recommend this dealer because of their service department. Take your business to another dealership.

I put a down payment on truck from this dealer on Monday and said it would be delivered Thursday. I take off Thursday to pick The Vehicle up Amy sabers tells me its gonna be delivered after hours is it OK to sign the papers without seeing the truck promised. Talk to the sales manager mancouso and he tells me were not getting the truck here's your money back and not even an apology. Called the owner Tom Collins the next day and blames me for waiting till the end of the month to by the truck from him. Almost lost the incentives. Called Chrysler corporation and took the complaint. They found the dealer who had the truck and had it flatbeded to my home. Go somewhere else. Hope this helps. The other dealer was less expensive.

Very Professional Sales

Amy Sabers sold me the Jeep I searched all over New York for the way I wanted it and for a fair price. When I got to the finance manager he showed me all my options without making me feel pressured into buying them. When it comes time to upgrade my Jeep I will be looking to buy from Amy at Transitowne Dodge Chrysler Jeep of West Seneca

The sales dept. was so nice and my salesperson made sure I met the sales manager, showed me around the dealership and introduced me to service for my free lifetime oil changes! 5 stars!
