Very impressed with dealership overall. My sales contact-Gabrielle was amazing. A pleasure to talk with and always helpful. She stayed in contact for several weeks while I was considering and searching for the right time to purchase. Gabrielle was pleasant, down to earth and genuine. Everyone I came into contact with was helpful and professional. Best was the new car look and detail given to it upon pickup. Great experience! Thanks.

I bought a used Grand Cherokee at Croton Auto Park, and the whole experience was just fantastic. I couldn't recommend it any more. Wonderful people, very knowledgeable, great selection of vehicles, good prices, and NO NONSENSE. Everything was very transparent, and everyone was very client oriented. I travelled a few hours to go specifically to this dealership, based on the good reviews, and I'm happy I did. Excellent experience

I just purchased a used 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. There was an option missing that I expected, used car manager Jason Giordano immediately said he would make it right and they did when they said they would! From internet manager Stephanie, sales associate Gabrielle and business manager Chris the experience was great. I felt welcomed and never pressured. I work in the used car sales industry and Croton Auto Park is a model of how it should be done!! Thanks team!

Stellar Sales Team

CAP is often busy - undoubtedly because they are the best and because the sales reps take their time with each customer. However, no one is ever too busy to smile and say hi when you come through the doors. Although the new GM, Frank Lombardo holds a senior managerial position, he had absolutely no problem rolling up his sleeves and jumping in hands on when I found myself pressed for time on an expired lease on a day my sales rep was out. Not only did Frank take the time to show me car after car and answer my questions, he followed up on the administrative side as well - looking for rebates and eligible discounts and addressed all of my concerns. He made sure the entire process was a seamless one. He is the epitome of stellar customer service and what it means to go above and beyond as a manager. He and Jay Miller (another asset) put me in a Jeep Grand Cherokee Ltd. that I am in love with and they were both an absolute pleasure to work with. Sidenote - Jay Miller has sold me a few cars over the years. He is an authentic, stand up sales rep and although he hustles hard as a sales person, he will never try and hustle you as a consumer. He can answer ANY question you have about ANY functionality pertaining to ANY car Chrysler sells at the drop of a dime. He is a walking manual with an awesome and friendly personality to match all that knowledge. And once you leave the lot with your car and have a question about anything at all, he has no qualms helping you after the fact. That's good customer service.

Great first time car buying experience

I was referred to this dealership by a friend who told me to contact Frank Lombardo, when I told them that I was interested in the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. I live an hr away in CT but I trusted my friend's recommendation. I am so very happy I did. It was my first time buying/leasing a car, I honestly had no clue but my husband wanted me to do the research etc myself. I called Frank and told him which car I was interested in and that we were initially going to finance. He informed me of all the different models and suggested the L Plus would best fit my needs. Even though we were going to finance I did request lease information and after my husband and I did the math we chose to do the lease. Before I made the final decision I decided to check out the dealer that is 5 minutes from my house and in the same state. Well the next day I called back Frank and said we want to lease the car from Croton Auto Park. He did everything he could do over the phone with me, he was very patient with all of my questions. It was almost Memorial Day weekend and the earliest we could get there was the last day of the month and his day off. He made sure he was there for us. When we arrived we were greeted right away and was brought directly to him. We saw several other employees who all said hello and acknowledged us. Frank new we traveled from CT so he had everything waiting for us. The finance Manager Chris came over right away, introduced himself and went over a few things with us. Before we left Gabrielle brought us to our vehicle and she showed us everything we needed to know and offered to help set some things up but I opted to do it at home. For my first time car buying it was a quick, painless experience. I am very pleased with my entire experience and really love my new Chrysler Pacifica Touring L Plus.

Buyer Beware

Buyer Beware. Bought a 2012 Ram Truck about 3 months ago. It is quite clear they did NO inspection of their own on the truck. Within 2.5 months of owning the truck, it broke down on a highway. My mechanic discovered not only was the water pump completely busted, but the truck had been rear-ended and frame is twisted. The airbag light is on, and mechanic got a code regarding the swivels in seatbelts, they need to be replaced. According to NYS law, the dealership should be responsible for the water pump, airbag light, and seatbelt sensors. After a week of them giving me the run around, finally was told they would give us a couple of oil changes. So disheartening. after spending $22k on a sale, the owner wont even take or return my calls. He has some other sales man doing his dirty work for him. These people took that truck and stuck a for-sale sign on it, not even caring what they were selling and to who. We trusted them, and now we know that saying is around for a reason "you sound like a quick talking used salesman". All they care about is closing the deal and that's it. Disgusting and disheartening. Not to mention they only gave us 1 of the 2 keys that was in the contract. Took 8 weeks for them to get 2nd key, we still don't have it! To clarify- the truck broke down in the middle of a highway- and a tow truck pick up my husband and towed to our mechanic shop ($300). My husband needs his truck for work (hence why we purchased a new (used) car so we had no choice but to get it repaired over that weekend by our mechanic. Our mechanic is also a NYC licenses used car dealer, and he assured us that the dealership should reimburse us the $900 for the tow and repair. THEY SOLD US A TRUCK THAT WAS IN NO SHAPE TO BE SOLD AT THE PRICE WE PAID. I even asked for $$ back bc of the rear-ending discovery--- and they offered a few oil changes.

No BS

These guys were great! My Sales Person was Paul Quagliato. I told him what I wanted and he was able to locate exactly what I requested when other dealers couldn't or wouldn't. A competing dealership gave me the run around. Paul beat their price and secured my vehicle in a timely fashion . Chris Henrich, Croton's finance guy, didn't push anything extra on me. He presented the numbers simply and they were exactly what I had agreed to with Paul. Chris matched the quotes I had received online for the Chrysler Extended Warranty. Chris explained what I was signing every step of the way and the deal was done with no BS. Also the receptionist was so friendly. Thank you so much.

Easiest Lease Ever

This was the third vehicle I have leased from Croton Auto Park and it was the best experience. Working with Carl is a pleasure. All of the details of the transaction were worked out by e-mail and telephone after an initial visit to the dealer after Christmas. When I went to pick up the car Vinny had all of the paperwork ready and I drove my new Grand Cherokee off the lot in less than 45 minutes! The Jeep is fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend Carl and Croton Auto Park to anyone. Keep up the good work guys!

Amazing Place to Buy First Car

I saw a 2007 Jeep on their website and called to hear some details. I spoke with Carl Cavallaro and he was extremely friendly and informative. I went in the next morning to look at the car. The dealership was clean and they asked if they could get us anything to drink. They had gotten the car all ready and had it prepared for me when I arrived. They were very fair with the price and service. They were all super nice and helpful. We made the deal that morning and I picked up my first "new" car today. I met with Vinny DeLuca today who was also very nice. Everyone there had excellent customer service. I can't wait to continue doing business with Croton Auto Park!

A Great Experience!!!

I've known Jay M. for most of my life and he is so friendly and he's just an awesome human being!! He knows what he's talking about when it come to cars in general and he's especially knowledgeable with the vehicles that he sells. When you buy or lease a vehicle from him, he'll spend plenty of time with you to tell you all the features the vehicle has and show you how to use them. There aren't many people out there like Jay that go into such depths about the features in a vehicle. He is so accommodating and makes sure that your buying/leasing experience is the best it could possibly be. Also, if you want to just test drive a few cars just to see what your options are, Jay is the person to see. Jay is great, but he can't do everything by himself, he's only one man. Both Chris H. and Vinny D. helped me out with my lease as well and they were also very friendly and helped me out with anything else I needed. Croton Auto Park employs great people to sell their cars and my experience was awesome. I leased a 2014 Chrysler 200 Limited Super S and I absolutely love it and I got a great deal. I can not express how great my experience was at Croton Auto Park!! From the second I walked in the door, I knew I was going to be taken care of. After experiencing horrible service at two local Jeep dealers, Croton Auto Park made everything worth the stress from the previous dealers! The entire staff was so nice, smart, and treated me how I imagined it would feel buying a new car! They now have a lifelong customer!

I walked into the Dealership on Monday within minutes after the sales associate knew what I was looking for had me test drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee, I fell in love w/the jeep. They had everything I was looking for in stock and I was ready to go. The only reason I did not drive out that day w/my new car was because it was a Holiday. The next morning everything was taken care of and I picked up my new Jeep. Thank you for the fabulous service at Croton Auto Park!

Great 1st time new car buying experience!

Just 5 months shy of my 50th birthday, I finally decided to treat myself and buy my FIRST new, NEW car. The 2013Chrysler 300 John Varvatos Limited Edition. Thinking about it while at work on Monday, I decided to visit two dealers after work to look at the car, get some info, and pricing deals and options. I live in Staten Island so I went to the dealer here, and on rt9 in New Jersey. The car was great in person and the experience at the dealers were ok, but was bummed when the car I wanted, with the options I was looking for, would be hard to find. Speaking with my brother later that night (9:30pm), he mentioned that before I do anything, I should speak with Vinny at Croton Auto Park. He said that he's had great experiences with him over the years in dealing with him, that he would text him with my info and the details of the car and options I was looking for. I hung up feeling good. Tuesday- brought a phone call with Vinny, along with several emails. He also quoted me a price that easily beat the other two quotes I received that didn't have the extra options that I was looking for. BIG plus. He was friendly, helpful, and energetic. I, was excited to say the least. He had located the car I wanted...in Connecticut, and that it wasn't an issue and he would pick it up from there. He took all of my info and requested that I send the required paperwork so that he could take care of it all. It all seemed easier than I would have imagined it to be, almost too easy. Wednesday- Vinny calls, the paperwork is through and done and the car will be ready for delivery to me in Staten Island tomorrow (Thursday). Being it's my first new car, I tell him that I actually would prefer to pick it up personally. From my effort, Vinny tells me that he'd save me even more off the final price. Another plus. He informs me that Chris will be calling about other options and coverage that can be offered so that I can think about it before I pick up the car. Chris was helpful, informative, polite and never tired of the endless questions and concerns I raised. He was great. Thanks Chris! Thursday- The big day! I arrive at the dealership and am greeted immediately by Vinny. After a handshake, introductions to the rest of staff there, some conversation, and laughs, it's time to see the car...and it does not disappoint. Immaculate and detailed to perfection by the staff. After an informative demonstration by Carl (very helpful), I am ready to "drive it off the lot", and after numerous goodbyes and thank you's to and by the staff, I do so. I even received the stereotypical send-off wave from Vinny outside as I drove off. Awesome! In Summary: Could I have gone to a dealer much closer and avoided a 70 mile bus, to-the ferry, to-the train, to-the Metro North ride, passing numerous dealers on the way? Absolutely, but it wouldn't have been the same. The best price aside, for a difficult to find limited edition car, meeting Vinny and the crew of Croton Auto Park was a great car buying experience and much easier and friendly than I ever could have imagined. I know my review ran on a bit and a simple "It was a great experience" review might have sufficed, but because of how great of an experience Vinny and the staff at Croton Auto Park made it for me and my first time, it was well worth the time and effort. I will easily and gladly refer anyone interested, to them. Even if you're just thinking about a new car etc, get in touch with Vinny, you won't be disappointed, I guarantee it. Thank you guys, I love the car!

Purchase could have not been smoother. Everyone at the dealership is friendly and professional. Got me a great price and financing on the car I wanted and walked through the whole process with me from start to finish. The purchase of our new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee was handled very professionally by all involved. There was no pressure to make a purchase. Croton Auto Park handled all the details with the trade-in of our previous vehicle, financing, insurance and registration of our new vehicle making it a smooth transition. We were shown all the options on the vehicle and how they work before we left the lot. The salesman was very knowledgeable and willing to explain each and every detail. He made sure we understood how the options worked before he moved onto the next. This is not the first purchase from this dealership and it won't be the last.

Prior to my lease I visited every dealer that manufactured SUVs to be sure I chose the most competitive offer. Croton Auto Park was the only dealership that wanted to work within my budget without compromising features. This is my second lease through Croton Auto Park. I didn't feel the need to shop around this time. It is a pleasant place to shop with a welcoming environment. My Sales Consultant, Carl, was honest and didn't make any false promises. I didn't have to visit the showroom countless times. He answered my calls immediately and followed through with my requests. He didn't try to "sell" me a car on the lot but rather helped me find what I was hoping for. Carl was thorough and able to locate the vehicle of my choice quickly. Vinny, the General Sales Manager, followed up with a phone call and was as professional and polite as Carl. Financing the car was a cinch. Chris, the Business Manager, handled the transaction and can claim the motto 'sign and drive'. Everything was ready as promised without any obstacles. I was impressed from beginning to end.
