Recommend this dealer? No

"Certified Used" that needed brakes in 10000 miles. Part failed in the rear end and I expected it would be covered since it was certified. The first thing they stated was the part wasn't covered and followed it up with they wanted to be paid to diagnose. Never asked about the details on the vehicle....

I've used their services several times and have been happy with the experience. Problems have been fixed the first time. All but once, parts have been available to do work. Service manager was respectful and took time to explain what work was needed right away, and what might be needed soon. Ope...
