We have purchased both our vehicles from you - used. RAV4 2015 and Chevy Sonic 2013. Our Sonic had the NYS inspection done March 2023 - my husband made an appointment and it took more than 2 hours. Last week we had the winter tires changed to the summer tires in which my husband made an early morning appointment thinking it would be quicker - No another 2 hour wait. In addition, no the low tire pressure light is on and he checked all the tires and the pressure is correct - so we highly suspect that the tire pressure light wasn’t reset. Do we need to make an appointment to have this done? Wait two hours when it should have been done at the time of the tire change? We are sadly getting very disappointed in the service we are getting at Burdick’s.

Horrible customer service

I cannot believe [non-permissible content removed] would hound me every day for a review. Well, here it is. The brake pad alert light came on in my truck at 17,000 miles. So, I brought my truck in to Burdick and asked for an oil change and for someone to look at the brakes. Kyle Wisowaty/G634*W* checked me in and had me wait in the lobby. After a couple hours, he called me back and said the oil change was done. I asked about the brakes and he explained the tech was too busy to look at the brakes so he had looked up factory recalls instead. Since there were none, they could not look at the brakes further. He explained that brakes were normal wear and tear and were not considered under any sort of warranty. I mentioned that the truck only had 17,000 miles on it and the front brakes are still at 90% so there was something else wrong to wear them prematurely. After some back and forth with him telling me I don't drive it enough, then telling me I drive it too much, then telling me the rear brakes don't get used as much as the front ones, etc ... all the excuses you see in the book ... he just handed me a phone number for GM customer care and told me he could not do anything without permission from GM. So I left and called GM Customer Care. I spoke to Dawnette who told me "Burdick Service don't need my (her) permission to look at the brakes". She told me to go back to Burdick. Not wanting to be the middleman in all of this, I asked her to call Burdick on my behalf and figure something out. She refused, but gave me her direct number for Burdick to call her. I called back Kyle and left a voicemail with her contact info to which he has never responded. It's been 9 days. So, I have a newer truck with rear brakes that are shot but front brakes that are fine. I don't know if it's the calipers, pads, sensor, rotors, etc with everyone pointing fingers at everyone else and no one bothering to call me back to tell me next steps. Kyle Wisowaty and Dawnette have a customer service job, but cannot seem to do the basic's of the job like call people back or follow up on issues. Neither of them cared to put more than a minute of effort into the problem and both tried pushing next steps to the other party.

Great Corvette C7 Service Department

Steve and Aric are a great team to work with for Corvettes. Aric is a dedicated Corvette service advisor who knows his customers and how to get things done. Had to have some warranty work done, and the parts were seamlessly ordered, and I was called when they arrived. Left my car, and was called when it was ready. Steve treats customer cars as his own, and it shows. I did not buy my C7 from Burdick, but always go there for service and have not been disappointed. Both Steve and Aric spend the time necessary with a customer, and answer any and all questions. Really couldn't be happier.

Best Service Team

From the Service Mgr, Dave Cooley, through the Service Advisors, Dave Sutter and Joe Lincoln, my difficult problem was made very easy. They are the best at what they do and they are the reason I will always be a Burdick Buick customer.

Poor customer service

I took my car back to Burdick Chevrolet to have them fix the problem causing the anti-freeze smell and to fix the back window that is scratched because they installed the wiper cover incorrectly. They first told me the anti-freeze smell was due to a hose clip that they replaced. The second time they told me it was a crack in the radiator. They said they replaced the radiator. We'll see. As for as the scratch in the back window, hey told me they had to contact GM. When I asked why, they said that it could have been the original wiper blade or cover. I said no, it was your faulty installation. To make a long story short, I told them many people were complaining about the bad service they received at various Burdick dealerships including my mother who...Dave, the "customer service rep." cuts me off and says that doesn't say much. Really? Insult my mother? My father retired from GM. My whole family owns GM cars. We will be using different dealerships in the future for purchases and service. They just don't care about the customer.

Pleasant and very comfortable from beginning to end..Chris Steele was instrumental in my purchasing this vehicle.He made not only myself but my wife feel at home and answered any and all questions either of us had.Phil with the finance desk was glad to take time to answer our questions direct to come to a much quicker decision verses the back and forth with the salesman in the middle..This is my 3rd vehicle financed with Chris at the helm I will be back in the future and as I already told hime, he is the only person I've been able to trust to do the best deal possible while being honest and knowing he needs to feed his family too..I will look forward to many more future vehicle purchases in the future.

The vehicle is inspected for other potential problems while routine service is being performed. If you're a proactive preventive maintenance person as I am, you will appreciate the communication between the technician and the service writer. It is very easy to put an action plan together. Potential Problems are evaluated, a time frame for repair is suggested, an accurate estimate of the repair cost is presented. Repairs are completed on budget and within the specified time frame. I could not be happier.

Never in all my years have purchasing a vehicle been so easy, I met Roy Heath through my grandson, the minute I met Roy he was patient kind and very understanding of my current situation. I had just totaled my car and was thrust into the market for a vehicle. Roy explained the benefits of leasing vs buying and he placed a confidence in me that I was making the right decision. Roy is an asset to car business in general. You can tell he's not just looking for a sale but a friendship and like he said "I want to own your driveway" I thank him....

Buyers Beware

Word of warning to people purchasing cars on-line from Driver's Village. I was set to purchase a new Buick from Driver's Village on Tuesday. All my financing was setup and had an appointment to pick up my new vehicle. I traveled six hours round trip from Massena, NY to pick up my new car. I had done a trade in value estimate online for a 2015 Kia Forte with 18K miles on it. Their online tool returned a trade-in value of $12,125. When I arrived, they took my car in for an inspection and said they would only give me $10k for it. I asked the reason for this and was told due to the mileage on it. I had already provided this information online and wondered why it wasn't factored in before I traveled six hours. Update: I had a call from one of their managers and explained what my frustration was with their online quote trade-in value and what they actually offered me. I explained that Fucillos had offered me $11900 for my trade-in, this manager's response was that I was better off accepting the competition's offer and that their dealership was even closer to me. The moral of this story is you better shop around!

The gentleman who wrote up my request for an oil change was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. He made me feel important and his estimate of an hour wait was exact. He also pointed out some work I needed to have done on the car in the very near future. I told him I would make another appointment soon because I had another appointment and couldn't wait. It was a very good experience.

Burdick Drivers Village Buick Service

When I arrived for L.O.F. and tire rotation Joe told me it would be about 90 minutes. It took an extra 15 minutes and Joe apologized for the delay. I was impressed with with the check list that the service rep went through and also that the had been washed. All told a good experience, thanks.
