I came into Terry Morris looking for a used truck, I want to commend them on there sales staff, Dan Burnash in particular who I dealt with and while ultimately I did not end up purchasing a vehicle there, Dan was excellent at bringing new trucks to my attention and working with me in a professional and relaxed way. I highly recommend you give the good people here at Terry Morris a chance .

I had a problem with paint bubbling on the hood of my 2015 Mustang out of warranty. Ford corporate denied coverage but Mr. Morris came through for me and agreed to do a repaint on the house. I was overwhelmed with this level of customer service. I will definitely buy from this dealer again.

I couldn't have been more satisfied with the paint and panel replacement done at their body shop. When I picked up the car I expected a wash job. To my surprise the car was stellar in it's complete detail. It looked brand new. I would recommend the body shop and service dept to anyone.

It was the first time my wife or I had ever bought a new car. Our sales man Mike Bonesteel did a great job at walking us through the proses. He made it easy to under stand, and gave many options. In the end it was all up to us. I have already recommended Morris Ford to many people. I'd like to thank the Morris's for having given us and family feeling at your dealership. My girlfriend and I where looking for a new vechile and we decided to stop at our local ford dealer Terry Morris! The service was unbelievable! As soon as I walked into the door I was greeted by a gentleman named Mike who sat us down and listened to our story about why we wanted a new car! We talked for hours before we even decided to test drive a car because we had such a great time exchanging stories! Long story short we decided to buy a certified pre owned Ford Escape! And let me tell you...WOW! What a great vechile! There was no harassing or arm twisting to buy! Our sales men mike was a very down to earth and suddle guy! One of the main reasons we bought a car from him was because of what he said! Quote " if you don't like the car then that's fine! If your gunna spend the money you might as well buy something you enjoy! I'm here to help assist you in buying a ford, not pressure you into buying a ford! By all means, if you don't like it you may leave! I may be upset, but I know deep down I did my best! I didn't put you in a vechile you don't feel comfortable in!" Now that quote should be used by all sales men! What a guy mike was! I personally have always owned fords and this is my girlfriends first! She is in love!!!! Hands down a great experience! Thank you Mike and terry Morris ford!
