Bay Ridge Subaru, rude service

onI own 2 Subaru(s) and found them to be unflexible and rude.
They are very sour grapes that I did not buy my newer vehicle from them. They refuse to service my vehicle. The manager told me that he "Takes care of his customers".
My older vehicle in the past was serviced by them, and they tried to double charge me for labor. I read a Haynes manual and found that they were trying to screw me.
