Lia Honda in Brewster, NY is a great dealership in every way. John Landry, Chris in finance, and Rob in service listened very carefully as to what I wanted and put me into a car that has met my every expectation. They are a no nonsense dealership and if respectful to them they put out 10 fold to the consumer. These guys are transparent, honest, fair, and very knowledgeable. i truly consider these individuals friends and can go to them w/ any honda needs. Again, they are hard working, and respectful men of their word. that meant the world to me.

Customers will appreciate the response and attention given to their needs and services provided. I live out of state but take my car to Lia Honda for all my service needs. They are reliable and corteous and address my issues and concerns. John Ayala service advisor and Rob the service manager are great and easy to talk to. They go out of their way to make everything go smoothly. and for those reasons I will continue to take my car to Lia Honda.

Good service with excellent communication

The service person, Victoria Lutek, provided really good service for a repair. She kept me informed and explained all the work done and the issue with my car. The technology was really good as I got a text with all the details. Nice waiting area as well. Clean and fresh..not like some dealers.
