Castilone Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I went to Castilone to purchase a 2014 Jeep Cherokee as a result of an online quote they provided. They didn't have the color or desired drive train in stock, so they actually located the vehicle color and drive train I wanted, and had it brought to their location in Batavia (after I put down a deposit, of course). Nickole, our salesperson, was very easy to deal with, no pressure tactics, and was open and clear about the pricing. I did receive a subsequent better price quote from another dealer, but was able to renegotiate more for my trade in to compensate me, so I was happy with the final deal. When I picked up the Jeep, I didn't have my phone with me, so we couldn't connect it to the car at that time. Nickole did offer to meet me at a later date at a location closer to home if I needed help to do this, but that turned out to be unnecessary. I applaud the fact that she was willing to go the extra mile. Don, the finance person, did offer the usual extended warranties,undercoating, etc, but did not pressure me to purchase these items. (I wouldn't have anyway, but I appreciated the lack of pressure tactics) Overall, a good car buying experience.
