The Service Dept. is very friendly & efficient. They get my car in & out right on time. But twice the mechanic has not tightened the cap when changing the oil. Horrid mistake!! Could have ruined my engine. We double check the cap ourselves from now on.

I purchased my Toyota at Beaver Toyota a few years ago and have had it serviced at the dealership ever since. The guys in service are great, no matter who has helped me they are are professional, courteous & knowledgeable. My vehicle is always ready when they say it will be.
