Best Vehicle and customer service EVER !

I had a specific truck in mind when I entered the dealership, 6 months of research and I was not going to compromise. Wily Maloney, my sales rep listened closely and went to work trying to locate my specific Truck. After a week of searching, we thought I was going to have to order direct from the factory, but last minute found 2 trucks that met my standards, Well really just one ! faced with over a 800 mile delivery distance, 2 transport companies that failed to come through, Mr. Maloney put together a plan to Retrieve my vehicle. The transport truck and the New Lariat being delivered both suffered broken windshields enroot to the dealer with my truck. My patience was rewarded around midnight and Mr. Jeremy Crow meet me at the dealer at 1215am on a Friday night. Maloney and Crow knew what this vehicle meant to me, a retired 61 year old veteran and went above and beyond to keep me posted on the entire ordeal.

Everyone was very polite and great to do business with. My only complaint is that they knew we were coming to see a specific vehicle and it was not ready for us to test drive when we got there. It was still on the display ramp.
