Far too easy to say one thing and do another

The Service Department is horrible. I took my VW in to fix my door, the service agent guaranteed the part would be in in 3 days, 2 weeks later I call them. They said they'd research it and get back to me; when they called back I was told a nation-wide backlog was the cause of the part being late. I asked to speak to the service manager, I was told he was in a meeting and that he'd call me back afterwards, he never did. When I called him back the next day the service manager got nasty with me saying, if you want to cancel, you can. I told him that I didn't say anything about cancelling. I told him, just honor your commitments. It's become far too easy to say one thing and do another and that dear sir is the definition of a liar.

Real effort was made to be up front and direct rather than playing games about pricing. General Manager became involved right from the beginning, so we weren't going back and forth.

Service with a smile!

I always like coming in and having a friendly welcome and smile from George in service he always greets me and my wife. He always know we're here to do errands and always gets a loaner for us. This last service we met Jack in the parts to buy something's , he answered all our questions, he knows his part another friendly person at Sisbarrow. We cannot forget Dan Torres who always take time to drop by to say hello, he'll be selling us out next Jetta. You have a great crew! We always appreciate the extras like the wash and vacuum.

Friendly and professional staff. Reasonable wait time for vehicle service. No prices listed on dealer website. Scheduled vehicle for 50k mile service. No prices listed for this service. Got to service department at scheduled time and then was told that service is approximately $445+tax.

I liked the fact that my name was on the whiteboard with a cheery welcome! I know that's silly but it is a marketing ploy that works. It made me feel important and made me realize that making me happy was and is important to the Sisbarro team.

Brought in our VW Routan for 24000 mile service. As always Sisbarro goes above and beyond to take care of us and our vehicles! I would recommend anyone to this dealership. Everyone is personable and is an asset to this team. Chris I is a person consider a friend and makes me look forward to every time I visit Sisbarro. Great Job!
