My experience with this dealership was horrible. I purchased a Honda from another dealer which is about 200 miles from my house, it was $2000. cheaper than Hanson Honda but I had the warrenty work performed at Hanson Honda, what a mistake. Roger, the service manager is so rude to customers he makes it truely a very difficult time to get the work performed. I needed new inside panels one on my doors because it rattled so bad, I took the day out of work, left my car with Hanson Honda for the day, when I came back they showed me my new door panel, but guess what, they replaced the wrong door panel. Needless to say, I didn't even get an apology, and had to take another day out of work to get the correct door panel replaced. The services there are very overpriced, but the worst part of doing business there is dealing with Roger. He makes the customer feel like you are bothering him and you shouldn't even be there. My advice is to either not get a Honda if you have to deal with Hanson or travel to Santa Fe for great customer service.
