Pros:: Big inventory. Nice showroom. Good service/service people.
Cons:: This is the place to go if you want to be taken for a ride, literally & figuratively!

Was offered LESS than my (Infiniti I35) vehicle's buy-out amount --$2000 less than its trade-in value.

Also was looking for a '07 leftover. They relayed no portion of the $3000 dealer holdback to me and tried selling the car at well above invoice, not to mention sticking me with the usual BS fee...
