Paul Miller Honda of West Caldwell

My three year lease from Paul Miller Honda was coming to an end so I contacted my previous salesman, Dan E. to see what was available. Initially I was looking to go with an Acura SUV and Dan gave me a referral to another dealership. How many sales guys would do that? After a visit to an Acura dealership and test ride, no one ever contacted me with a price or followed up even though I told them I was ready to deal. Dan followed up to see how things were going. I reversed course and came back to Paul Miller to lease from Dan. He is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with and will get you a great deal. No pressure and honest. One of the few salespeople that is true to his word and follows up to see how things are going but not in a pushy way. In a world where customer service is sorely lacking, Dan E. could write a book about how a customer should be treated. Give him a call if you want a great CRV. I am very pleased, not only with Dan but with another great lease of a Honda CRV. I will be back to this dealership to work with Dan again.
