Some long waits between stages of the sales & purchase processes

I requested a quote online from this dealer and a number of others. They came back right away with the second-lowest price but also mentioned a $300 meet-or-beat guarantee. The associate I spoke to on the phone argued that the price I was getting from another dealer probably had some hidden gotch...

Pushy and lies. It took FOREVER to wait for manager approval. Torn you out!!

Bought a new 07 tribue there and need replace parts and made me wait for more than 3 weeks. Always excuses. The sales were not knowing anything about cars and pushy you to put "deposit" and saying it is REFUNDABLE. Hum... never go there again.
