Talk about high pressure. This dealership used every tactic to pressure me into buying an extended warranty. The finance person even went so far as to say that the bank interest rate would go up a point if we did not buy an extended warranty. He also used the pressure tactic of saying the bank requires an extended warranty. If you deal with this dealership you need to know your rights as a consumer. They will try every angle to pressure you into higher interest rates and an extended warranty, driving up their profits on the sale. Now lets get to our charming salesmen Stephen Z. When we came to pick up the car the first thing he said is you car cost me $36. Now was that supposed to make me feel bad? Then I asked him to show the car to my husband who was not at the original purchase and he pretty much tossed him the keys and took no interest. I would NEVER recommend this dealership. They are rude and high pressure and not truthful and their sales tactics.
