Nice to buy a car from.

Cons:

Service dept liew to you. Get your car serviced elsewhere.

Pros:

They give you a loaner car to use if it is a major job.

Cons:

The service tech and the customer service reps do not know what they are doing.

I strongly recommend not servicing your vehicle at Open Road Acura of Wayne, NJ unless you enjoy being ripped off. The only thing that they know is how to rip off the customer.
