Before you read my review of Planet, be sure to do research on www.consumerreports.org or edmunds on tips to buy a car. This review assumes that knowledge. As far selection is concerned, this place has an # average cars in the lot. I was looking for a Honda Fit Sport '11. What's good about this place is that it's centrally located. What's not good is that sales & management will most likely not be upfront with you about pricing. The guy I had just started and really could answers questions about the Civic and didnt event know that the back seat pulled down (not a deal breaker in the least). My definition of a good dealership is that they are upfront with their pricing and at least try to earn your business by treating you well. Within a half hour of negotiating, management didnt even budge to edmund's TMV pricing. If you're looking for a car, know that you can get a car even below edmund's TMV (which is a conservative estimate). I knew they werent really interested in my businesss because I was not financing. Look out for a sales manager who is Asian.. I will exclude his name. He is quite possibly the most arrogant sales person I've ever met. He has poor English, so he speaks loud to compensate. When I said the price is still too high, he said "okay I give to you for free." I mean, there is no need to be sarcastic in a price negotiation. There are plenty of dealers out there and you dont need to deal with this place.
