I went in to have my oil changed. and the service rep. kept me informed as to what they were doing. And before I noticed the car was complete. The only concern I had was when the service rep, advised that they had to jump start my car, when the battery was fairly new.

Dwight P your service rep was very informative and helpful. He always kept me up to date with what was going on and called when he said he would. Also, being able to get a loaner was a HUGE help for me.

The waiting area is nice. They offer free coffee, newspaper and you can watch television during your wait. And the staff was very courteous.
