Please, Please stay away from this dealer, it is a rip-off.
I purchased a Certified car from them and had a trade-in I still owed money on. They promised to pay off my old loan but still after 4 months the loan is not payed.
We purchased an Audi A4 in April of 2009, with a trade-in of our old car. Riverside Audi has not paid off the old loan and has NOT been responsive to our repeated phone calls over the past three months. They also have NOT transferred the title over to us.

We bought a 2008 Q7 from riverside audi at early March and still have not got title transferred to us. We just found out the reason: Riverside audi does NOT have the title. The service representative is very disrespectful. They have no clue about the number of car services they do beforehand. Anytime you call them, they answer saying No Loaner cars available.
