I recently bought a new 2018 Yukon from this dealership. Bill Morgan was my salesman . He made my purchase experience an easy one . He was able tolocate and price my vehicle accordingly . Even the owner Tom Faragalli got involved with the process which I thought was preety cool. Great bunch of guys at TandT Coast. One of the best experiences I ever had. Drove all the way from Weehawken because your T and T was the only GMC dealership that was willing to work with me and my lease. Chris the sales rep was amazing and so easy to work with. He did a fantastic job as did Tom in finance. My wife and even got to speak with the owner who was not some smarmy car dealership owner. But a genuine honest guy. Just a great experience overall. Highly recommend it to anyone.

Prepare to be insulted

The sales team here at T&T are pleasurable and fun to interact with. The sales managers are rude and ignorant and proceed to insult potential buyers. And the owners encourage this behavior. On my visit there 2 sales walked out the door. Avoid this dealership unless you are looking to be ripped off.

Wonderful experience getting Encore as my new Mom's Car

Tim got someone at th dealership to watch my kids so I could test drive which I wasn't even planning bc of the kids being there. Above and beyond -- and what pushed me to get the car when we really didn't need to for a few wks. Steven and Tom were very helpful too! I have already shared our experience w a number of mom friends I know. Love my brand new Encore (from a former minivan owner)!
