I wanted to get a price on a new 2010 Lexus ES350 and had a "price in mind" of what I wanted to pay. Demetre was my salesman and was very professional the entire time and wanted to make a sale that day before I walk out the door. After an hour and a half of not meeting my price (I was trading in a car) I was getting frustrated and asked for my keys back (they like to hang on to your keys to keep you there) and the manager had to come out and tell me how they need to make money on my trade-in. To get to the point, after 2 hours, I got the deal, get free 5k oil change and my parents got a good deal on a car there to.
