I received a quote over the phone from the internet sales manager and he also sent me the quote via email. Later that day went to look at the car and took my time looking over it and did a test drive. There was no sales pressure, the salesman (Xavier) answered all my questions and gave us time to look over the car. The OTD price was exactly what I was expecting. A couple of hours later I was on my way home with a new 2012 Outlander Sport. This is what the car buying process should be like.
