Pros:

convenient in proximity. Used to be friendly and upstanding

Cons:

Horrible customer service and have now put themselves in the same catagory of most dealerships.

I have purchased and leased several vehicles from this dealership since 1997. I don't beat them up over price and have always gone to them first.

Unethical Practices

Pros:

Everything went smoothly initially.

Cons:

The dealership renegged on their mutually accepted sales contract with the buyer.

My Mom & Dad contracted to trade a 2004 Sable and purchase a 2010 Fusion 10 days ago.  They signed a contract that sold them the new car with the out the door price of $13,500 + their trade and they left a $200 deposit.  The car was not yet on the lot, but was ordered and on the way.  The dealers...
