Though the Service Center is is good and they provide loaner cars at no cost and over the past 19 years they have fixed almost all problems the first time the car is in for service the labor rate is high. Additionally though the Service Advosors are pleasant and knowledgeable there are a number of times when they are not as responsive as I would like because they are over-loaded. The Service Manager is quite good but he could pitch in when calls come in and both Service Advisors are busy to pick up the responsiveness. A new phone system was to be installed 3 months ago to improve the issues in the Service Dept. but I have not seen enough improvement. But other than that problem I am always treated well and with respect.
