poor back office, sales and back office don't talk, sales promises anything to get sale.

Bought used car over internet - smooth process until after sale.  Have been waiting 12 days (8 business week days) for them to get me the title so I can register and pickup the car.  Crazy amount of time for a car dealer to get a car title.  I'm buried in emails thanking me for sale and offering ...
