Bmw encore appointment

Very very impressed at our encore appointment! Our BMW genius Muneeb was outstanding! He was able to easily answer all of the questions I had compiled, as well as show us how to use many features that I did not know that I had in my new car! He went out of his way to get everything up and running for me. Very happy!

Accommodating, Professional Sales Team

Leased a new 428i xDrive convertible from Mark Kaminski and his assistant, Ari Ouimet. I have purchased or leased many vehicles over the years, and this was, by far, the smoothest, least stressful experience I've ever had. We walked in on Sat of Memorial Day weekend, and the receptionist referred us to Mark, who apparently is one of their premier client advisors. We weren't sure which vehicle we wanted, and wanted to test drive 4. No problem. Even though the dealership was quite busy and Mark had another customer, he sat down with us, determined our needs and interest, and quickly introduced us to Ari - who we soon found to be a very nice, knowledgeable and professional young man - who showed us all four of the 3 and 4 series vehicles we were considering. He showed his excellent product knowledge and expertise in describing the benefits of each car we drove, and we never felt rushed, we took all the time we wanted and successfully narrowed down our choice. He really is a quality young man who took very good care of us. We then returned to Mark who has a very businesslike, pragmatic, no nonsense approach in dealing with his customers. I really liked that too. For example,instead of the getting up back and forth to check with his sales manager game we have all seen whe negotiating the price of a new car, when I had a question Mark couldn't answer, we all got up and went over to meet his sales manager at his desk. This is when I had the pleasure of meeting John Spoltore, New Vehicle Sales Manager. Another "no spin" professional, he answered the question politely and honestly, and really moved us forward in the process. All three guys were straight shooters, didn't play games, treated my wife and I professionally and with respect, avoiding the patronizing platitudes you hear so often elsewhere. After thinking it over, when we returned on Memorial Day Mon to close the deal, the car we were interested in (but didn't leave a deposit on) had been sold. Undeterred, instead of trying to sell is another color or car we didn't want, Mark quickly found a vehicle in the same color with similar equipment already in transit. And, even though this incoming car had an additional option not on the other car, Mark and John still kept our lease payment the same as previously promised. That really impressed me, because i was already pretty happy with the deal I had on the first car! As promised, the car arrived within about 2 weeks. The delivery experience as as good as the sales experience, the car was prepped beautifully, in showroom condition. And even though the "Genius" was unavailable, Ari took us thorough most of the basic principles for the various tech gadgets in the car, and we have an appointment for a session with the "Genius" shortly. Also want to give a thumbs up to Doreen in the Finance Department, who had our paperwork all ready and handled all quickly, efficiently, and in a personable and friendly manner. Ion summary, I can only hope our service experience will be even half as good as the sales experience. For now, I am a very "happy camper" and look forward to a continued relationship with the Mt Laurel team for future lease or purchases.

Top Notch Customer Service

I could not be more pleased with my recent car shopping experience at BMW of Mt. Laurel. Donna was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very knowledgable about the BWM line and she was very patient with my questions and my repeated requests for test drives. What I appreciated most is that she offered me a great price upfront. I didn't have to play games as I have had to do with some dealers in the past. Ultimately, she provided me with everything I needed to make the best decision for me. I will definitely visit her again in 3 years when my lease is up. I have no hesitation recommending Donna or this dealership.

I have bought, leased and had service performed at this location for what is now my 5th BMW, and 3rd purchase from this dealer. Typically, I find it difficult to buy a car from the same dealer twice, but the sales and service people at BMW of Mt. Laurel have been very professional, as well as helpful and competitive. 'Looking forward to my next purchase here in a few years time.

Dont waste your time with this dealer

Avoid Wendy and also their sales manager Art P. He is very rude. I went in with another dealer quote because they said they would match the price. I went in to close the deal and Art made fun of me and the other dealer from whom i received the quote. Wendy.... just avoid her and the internet sales team. They are mere pawns with no word of commitment. She thinks like she is the first lady and everyone needs an appointment to see her and get a quote.

M3 Sale Smooth as Silk

I worked with Ali, he worked a great deal on a new M3 lease for me. Worked all terms in 1 hr total with 2 phone calls. No hidden games the agreed upon price to the penny matched the price and signing day. A pleasure to deal with.. I took delivery at BMW Perf Center in SC.

Fantastic Customer Service - Customer for Life

My wife and I stopped by BMW of Mount Laurel to see if it made sense to trade in our CPO 2008 328xi (bought there) for a newer vehicle. We knew it might be a stretch, but with her driving less than 5 miles per day we figured we'd give it a shot and talk about a lease. As soon as we came in, we were greeted by Steve R., and then Ed L., our advisor for our first BMW, the '08. We explained what we were thinking, and Ed listened to us, didn't discount anything, and calmly explained that he wasn't sure he could do what we were looking for. After some initial discussions, he went and worked out a perfect arrangement for us and now my wife is happily driving her 2013 325i! I wanted to say that it was a pleasure working with Ed again, and Steve was an enormous help as well. Both of them should be commended, and now Ed and BMW of Mount Laurel have a customer for life. Good customer service is often difficult to find, and I feel it is important that it be recognized. Thank you to BMW of Mount Laurel for your commitment to your customers. Keep up the good work!

Donna did a great job explaining all the many features of my new car. She was patient and made sure I was comfortable with everything. She told me what to expect throughout the process and she was right. I'm very happy with the service and how everyone at the dealership treated me. People came up to me from the dealer and congratulated me on a great car and made me feel really special. It was nice to feel and confirmed the fact that I made the right call to buy my car from Mt. Laurel. Thank you!

Great sales service

I really appreciated working with Mark and John...they made the process of buying a new BMW and European Delivery (for me, a once in a lifetime experience) exciting and actually fun. They were responsive to my concerns and needs, and always immediately available by email, which helped given my really busy schedule.

Bad Experience

I sent Email and asked to provide a quote for the vehicle I would like to get and the sales representative (Russell Juelg) said they would get the quote right away and it would not be difficult, etc. Well that never worked out all. The guy took all the info, said he would be back with me shortly. It never happened. So I sent another Email later, and still never heard back. I would not use this dealership and would never recommend them to anyone. I am buying the car this week from another dealer who did want to work with clients

Bad experience, watch yourself

While i tried this dealer a few years ago, it was the same experience. Not good. I even mentioned that this time around and the one phone call I did have with them, they seemed to acknowledge that and said they would get the qoute right away and it would not be difficult, etc. Well that never worked out all. The guy took all the info after I called him, said he would be back with me shortly. It never happened. So I called 48 hours later, and still never heard back. So, twice in a row with Mount Laurel is enough form me. Once was enough for my wife, as I learned in dealing with them the second time. I would not use this dealership and would never recommend them to anyone. I am buying the car this week from another dealer who did respond, call, follow up call, provided the quote in hour, etc. I really believe the dealership and their owners set the culture in each dealership. It is sad and dissappointing that this dealership provided a bad experience twice in a row. What else is a customer to believe. Please watch yourself here, something is not right.

Good Dealership, will go back

I enjoyed my experience BMW of Mt. Laurel. I worked with Donna and she was amazing. She answered all of my questions and when we realized the car I wanted with the options I needed wasn't on the lot, she immediately searched the database and found one with my exact criteria that was on a truck on the way to the dealership. She called me when the car arrived and sat with me for almost an hour explaining the features of the car and how to use them. Top notch! Great experience. Highly recommend.

The Absolute Worst

Read my review in Yelp or Google. It's too long to publish here and quite frankly no amount of editing can get it to fit on this site without eliminating critical pieces of the story. This is a terrible dealership; do your homework or suffer the consequences!

Good experience

We highly recommend BMW of Mt Laurel. Although we are from Philadelphia, we went to Mt Laurel after our bad experience at BMW of Main Line in Bala Cynwyd. Their whole staff is top of the line professionals. The receptionists and service staff, are extraordinarly exceptional. Our salesman Eduard was ready for us upon arrival and had everything we were looking for, model, budget, etc. He also made sure we were satisfied 100% due to our previous experience. His assistant, Steve, was very knowlegable and helpful with our questions. The finance manager, Mike, was also very polite and accommodating. I had to return back to the dealership for paperwork and Mike even offered to fill my gas tank. Overall, we recommend anyone that would like to join the “BMW experience” to choose BMW of Mt Laurel, NJ.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP - PRICE INCREASED BY $1000 ON DEALERSHIP VISIT

I talked to one of the sales associate about a BMW 5 Series car on the phone and he offered me the best price on the phone. He suggested I come to the dealership today and I went there only to be disappointed. The horrible experience was with the New Car Sales Manager by the name Artur. First of all he said he could not give the car for the price the above sales associate had offered me. Then he said he cannot make a deal unless I take a test drive (This is one of the weirdest thing I have heard). So I took the car for a test drive with the sales associate and then after coming back the New Car sales manager offered me sale price of $1000 above the price that we had agreed. I think this was a tactic by the Sales Manager to get people into the dealership and then start the OLD tricks of how special an XYZ car is and why a customer like you and me should pay more than what we agreed upon. If I were you, I would definitely avoid this dealership and save a trip and everyones time.
