Very poor Customer Service in Sales Department: by speedy28 on 12-03-07 (12:09PM)

Pros:: None, I would have asked for another sales associate if I knew I was going to be sitting around.
Cons:: See above.

I called to test drive some Audi's because I was looking to replace my A6 and the sales associate made the appointment and I arrived on the day and the time he had scheduled. On the day I was to test drive the cars he let me drive one car and then he had at least 2 other customers that he was jug...

Pros:: nice waiting room
Cons:: horrible experience with service advisor

I brought my 2005 Audi A4 in for a scheduled 25K maintenance on Sat morning. I checked in at about 9:15am and was told it would be around 90 mins to complete. At 11am I asked the service advisor who checked me if my car was ready....i got an answer i was not expecting...they forgot to do my car...
