30K Mile Service: by betatester on 08-05-07 (05:03PM)

Pros:: pick up/loaner
Cons:: High price, didn't get service expected at a premium car dealership

Dealer failed to rotate tires as part of 30K service. Dealer said front and rear brakes needed to be serviced at a cost of $500+. Took for a second opinion and second shop said front brakes were fine. Service seems to have gone downhill since Sussman sold out to elite.
