Bad service, worst pricess and horrible attitude

onAfter shopping around several Cadillac dealers for an Escalade lease. I went to this dealership during the presidents day sale. The dealer was empty and none of the staff seemed eager to help despite the fact that we sat in several vehicles in the showroom and did more than just kicked tires.
I had come in due to a quote from response from the internet manager, who promised to beat any other quotes in I got. The quote I got from them was the most expensive over all the others ( about 3k more down payment for on a car that was about 4 k less in MSRP to the others I got ) When it came time to speak to Michael Brennan and negotiate the price. He expressed that the quote was final. He then shook my hand and told me to go with the other quotes.
I then went to another dealership where I leased a better equipped vehicle, for the same monthly payment Mahwah quoted me, minus the outrageous 4k down payment. Needless to say this guy was trying to rip me off. I also realized that he may have been profiling me racially since I asked for a specific wheel package on my quote. Little did he know I was educated in Columbia University and Harvard. Moral of the story DON"T GO TO CADILLAC OF MAHWAH!
