The negotiations were courteous and professional. In my opinion, Precision Acura's focus was on excellent customer service and gaining new customers.

Excellent, No Pressue" Experience

onWe were only looking at two used cars we found online. We expressed that upfront and Raj did not treat us any differently than if we were new car shopping. We test drove the vehicles, Raj explained about each model and the differences of their 2017 counterparts. We left thinking an Acura might be the car for us (we are a Toyota family). After a couple of days, we contacted Raj to setup a test drive of the 2017 TLX. We liked the ride and feel of the new Acura and considered ourselves opportunity shoppers. After a short negotiation, we signed the papers and a week later drove home in our new 2017 TLX. Raj and his supporting managers were extremely easy to deal with and did not apply the hard sell which would have ended our Acura research on the first visit. Highly recommend working with Raj and Princeton Acura.

onThe worst most unprofessional experience I've ever experienced. Looked at a (used) vehicle,on a Tues.,agreed to price,filled out,app.for credit report and was told they would contact me on wed.so they would run some numbers for the payments we agrees to.I call wed. @12p.m.,was told they would call me back and heard nothing. Thursday, get a call 10a.m. stating they were still running numbers for rates,they will call me back.Friday I receive a call stating I need to put money down in order to get the payments we agreed on,I offered half of what they said I needed,states he will call me back.Sat. the original salesman calls and tells me he can put me into a different vehicle which was not comparable to the vehicle we agreed on,cost more than the original one we agreed on.Told them no thanks and why they offered different car was because it was a newer model.Drove past dealership Saturday evening and the car we agreed on was not even in the lot.I phoned them asking about the car being available, they told me car was just sold.I understand the math on newer vehicles and longer terms,I bought a 1yr. Older vehicle same term and payment than the vehicle we agreed on from a dealer less than 1mi. away.A fish rots from the head down,have yet to be contacted after several emails stating how unpleasant my experience was.

onAfter choosing the the car I wanted to buy, I went to Edmunds.com. They helped me see what price I could expect to pay in my area. Seeing a $2500 price difference from sticker price, I brought in the quote. Precision Acura met that price to the dollar. It was very easy and so non-stress. I would do this again. :)

Nice Experience with TL

onI hade a great experience with this dealership they provide legendary service. I bought TL fully loaded it was amazing, first i did comparison between TSX & TL they both are nice Both are power full but like TL better. The only thing that bother me was that i have to wait long time, other then that every thing was perfect. i would hightly recommend that you should give it a try. My sales person Name Ahmed was really nice he made sure that his costumer was tottaly satisfied.

onI brought a 2011 MDX from this dealer. I submitted online request for a particular color. They promised me that, they have the color and delivered me the car with a color that is closer to the color I asked for. I have request to the dealer, please be honest to your customer. If you cannot meet the customers specification, please mention it up-front, the customer may settle for a different option. Do not try to trick the customer into a deal. I never expected this type of shady experience from a luxury car dealer. The deal was an ordeal, from choosing the color to fixing the price. The dealer refused to refund my deposit, I was forced to buy the car (dealer was selling the color they had not the color I asked for) Now I have to find reliable and trust worthy dealer to service my car. Loosing one customer may not be big deal for the dealer.

onI had a great experience with them.Purchased a CPO Acura TL.Curt was the salesman and he was very knowledgeable and curtious. Got the price that I wanted, most of the paperwork for financing with AcuraFS was done online, set up the delivery date and got the car, hassle free experience.

onVery poor costumer service, they indirectly insult your intelligence. Tried buying a TL from them. The worst experience of buying a car every. Left them a down payment and when i came back to pick up the car there was several issues with it. They refused to give me another car and ended up keeping the deposit. Reported them to BBB.. hope i can get my money back.

onWent to Precision Acura in hopes of purchasing a 2010 TL AWD w/Teck package that I had requested a price quote for through the internet. Met Tom, internet guy, then met Otto the salesman. Otto was very profesional and after I test drove the TL I was given a trade-in quote of $27,500.00 0n a 2009 lexus IS250 in exelent condition with 6151 miles. You have no idea how pissed off I got with that quote, they were trying to rip me off. EDMUNDS.com and KELLEY BLUE BOOK.com had the IS250 valued at between $27,600.00 (need of big time reconditioning) and $32,000.00 (exelent condition). Needless to say, I asked for no less than $32,000.00 knowing that I would not get it, but it did not matter, I just wanted out of there. I drove approximetly 50 round trip to do buisness with this dealership, and that will never happen again.
