Pros:: Smile as they rob you.
Cons:: Dis-honest and hidden estreme diagnostic costs. Treat customers as if they are idiots.

Dropped off my truck for an oil change $19.99 w/coupon, and mentioned an occasional "Engine" light on the dash panel. Told the tech that P0340 code occurs ocassionally during heavy rain.
