onI expect some dealer markup, but $499 (before 5% military discount) is way too high for an oil change, tire rotation, and fuel filter. Dealer oil change - not topping off fluids/DEF- $200 vs. $104 for previous changes at a commercial oil change vendor. Fuel filter supposedly cost $200+ labor - no basis for comparison. Verbal quote to replace cracked side mirror was $167 for part only. Work was done at another commercial vendor on 4/10/24 for $$63.92 (+ tip).

onDuring the financing process I was asked about an extended warranty. I asked if it was with GM direct and finance person said yes. I realized when I got home it was through Zurich which I did not want. On top of that he added another service policy on without even telling adding anouther roughly $900. The final price came to $26K when I should have been close to $24K. After making several phone calls and texts with sales personnel and different people at dealership, today I received the loan paperwork from GM and the amount is still incorrect. SO when mistakes are made at this dealership it is clearly on the customer to shepherd it through to resolution. This is truly sad and unfortunate. The amount of time I have spent dealing with this is in the hours now. And yet it is still my problem and I still have no resolution.

Best car buying experience, EVER!!
by 01/04/2023
onEugene made this the BEST experience I’ve ever had buying a car. I didn’t feel pressured, we built a relationship over a few weeks leading up to my purchase and he not only remembered everything I was looking for but also helped me make the best informed decision when it came to making my final purchase. I had no issue taking the hour and fifteen minute drive down and would do it all over again when I’m ready to do my next trade in.

4 months and can't drive the car
by 05/19/2021
onWe bought a used car that we thought Pine Belt legally owned and had the title for. Here we are almost 4 months later and we can't drive the car. It has to sit in our driveway because Pine Belt hasn't given us the title yet. We paid for taxes and tags yet we still have no valid registration, no license plates, and no title but we still have to pay for the insurance even though it sits in our driveway, unable to be driven. Pine Belt management (Sickel) and the salesman (Penny) both lied as to the sequence of events. I had to call the bank that owns the car myself in order to find this out. Since confronted, no one at Pine Belt has contacted us to offer an apology or a solution for the money we are out because of their mistake. If they had just been upfront from the beginning, we would have respected that. But we can't respect lies and half truths as a way to cover up for incompetence. Buyer beware and always follow up when dealing with them. After buying 2 Corvettes, 2 Conversion Vans, 2 Chevy High Country Traverses and this Challenger, Pine Belt, as a corporation, has lost a very loyal family as customers.

HORRIBLE SERVICE PLEASE READ
by 03/01/2021
onI recently purchased a 2018 Chevy Silverado a week ago from pine belt. My experience with this dealership was horrendous the moment I first walked in. I spent nearly 36k plus I put down 10k cash. As soon as I said okay the salesman disappeared. He had to be called on the intercom 3 times to continue the process of this purchase. He forgot to add the taxes and fees into my payment so as I was talking to finance he told me what I would like to do with that, pay the 3k now or add to my payment. My payment rose another 100$ a month. He didn’t go over the vehicle with me at all as to all the gadgets inside and the onstar as a normal salesman’s should. I felt as once they got my money they just did not care about the customer’s experience. I’ve bought multiple used cars and each of them had a full tank of gas. My truck came with a quarter of a tank. It also came with no mats to cover the carpet. I waited a week for them to get mats and once I picked them up they were cheap rubber mats that didn’t even match the vehicle lining nor clip into the clips on the floors. When I spoke with management about the issues it was as if they just brushed me off. I watched my wife purchase a Chevy Tahoe from Seacoast and was treated like a Queen compared to me being a treated like a peasant at pine belt. I will never recommend someone to this dealership. And will my experience at seacoast they will further get my truck for service. Let’s just say if any other dealership had the same exact truck I got I would of went elsewhere. They left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will never go to them again.

AVOID SERVICE HERE AT ALL COSTS

onWorse Dealer Service I've every had. The service manager and techs no nothing about the cars they service and can't trouble shoot issues. Parts changers and nothing else. Rude, arrogant and out right lies is what to expect. Three cars to them failed to repair them. Went another dealer all 3 repaired same day no issues. Our car club site has over 25 bad reviews of Pine Belt service. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Bait and Switch - zero stars not an option
by 03/19/2016
onI looked online for a dependable, used car with mileage under 60,000. Found an Altima at Pine Belt Chevrolet, only to be told someone had put a deposit, but take it for a test drive. Why? If someone had already made a down payment? Test drove 2 other cars, not happy with first, and second was way more than I wanted to pay. I had asked for documents about the two cars, which salesman never provided. The manager never produced the "list of cars" in our range, either. Got called the next day because the financing for the down payment guy fell through. Went in and test drove the Altima. Ran into the salesman whose "deal fell through" and said nobody had told him that! I felt I was being tricked into coming into the Pine Belt Chevrolet dealership for a car that was not available.

Bad experience with bad people
by 09/18/2015
onThe salesmen are unfriendly and impatient. I would strongly recommend staying away from this dealership as they have no patience for questions, get angry with you and try to intimidate you if you negotiate while trying to sell everything at MSRP. Don't make the mistake I made in going there Stay away! There seem to be a lot of positive reviews, but they are all too perfect. I believe they have fake accounts created to lure people into their business with positive reviews that don't match the reality of the experience.

Great sales staff, great deals.

onI shopped around before going here, and they beat out every other deal. They made the experience painless and quick, and I got exactly what I wanted for what I wanted to pay. Non pressure sales staff, they let you think about it, without the constant pressure or hovering. I highly recommend going here.

Poor customer service
by 05/29/2015
onThe dealership failed to get me my registration within 30 days and I lost use of my vehicle for three days due the temporary plates were now expired and to their incompetence. When I addressed their sales manager he took a lackadaisical attitude like it was not a big deal, he also tried to blame motor vehicle of which it was an out right lie. The sales manager also said I was one of those people who has a conspiracy theory attitude. I then gave them one more chance by calling the general manager He initially took my call and said he would look in to it he left one phone message that the registration was now in the regular mail not even over nighted. Then he failed to return my next three calls. I would never by another car from them ever again. I hope this will save someone else the grief I had to deal with.

Oil Change/25k Service
by 02/17/2015
onService was very good. Explained what was going to be done & gave quote for job. Only problem was I set up an appointment on-line, but when I got there was no record of the appointment. Website for appointments is not very user friendly. I needed to make a change to my appointment, when I went to edit I had to retype all of my info again. When I went to print my confirmation of the appointment I got kicked out of the program.

Poor customer service

onMy vehicle was missing a "dealer installed" cargo organizer at the time of purchase. I had to keep after Pine Belt to get me the item that was due me. Not a very good follow up sales experience. (Please no follow up comments from Pine Belt. I don't need your lame excuses!!!)

An Amazing Dealership for Corvettes
by 12/18/2014
onMy first time at Pine Belt, I am 64 years old, and have purchased many cars from many different dealerships in the past, but absolutely nothing like Pine Belt Chevrolet. Ryan Koepplinger is by far the most knowledgeable, courteous, and downright personable salesperson that I have ever dealt with. Dave the Manager is also a phenomenal person to do business with. I used to dread having to buy a car with all the hastles that go along with it, but not this time. You should be very proud of your staff and facility. I am satisfied and happy beyond belief- thank you!!
