Very simple. We had a problem and dropped off the car. We got it back and it had scratches on the dash and a crack. On the drivers side door scratch marks as well. They eventually accepted the scratch on the door as their responsibility but denied liability for the inside scratches BECAUSE - Get this - They say we own a dog and therefor the dog could have done it. So flat out the won't take blame. First my 180 pound dog does not fix in the Miata. Second, I don't know any of you and have no reason to lie. I am in my late 40's and don't have reason to make an accusation without basis. They caused the damage but are looking to find away to accept their own reliability by calling me a liar and saying we did it and are trying to pass it on to them. You may buy a car in the sales department -but eventually you'll need to be dealing with the service group. I don't like people that accuse me of lying and that's what they're doing. arrogant obnoxious and opinionated Update - just went to pick up the car and the scratch in the door was not buffed out, yet they tried to get us to sign off on the repair. What horrendous customer service.
