Read your contracts at this dealership or they will steal you blind! From the begining my expirence was a traumatic one. In the end I had to have the police department respond to help me leave the dealership. The salesman the manager and the finance manager and the finance manager assistant had detained me because I would not sign a contract to purchase a car. I had gone into the dealership to inquiry about trading in my leased SUV. They found a car I liked in another dealership in Lakewood. They told me the price was 14,000 for the car. I told them I would come back the next day. While I was home I checked the internet and found the car online for 11,000. I checked the Vin number and it definately was the same car. When I returned the next day and informed them of the price of the car..They in turn responded they were not responsible for the information online. They indeed acknowledged the mistake and said they would honor the 11,000 price. then I checked the blue book value of the car which ened up being 9,000. I tried to negociate the 11,000 to the 9,000 they told me "They couldnt negociate the price" When I asked why they would not respond. Then they informed me there would be an additional fee for 500 dollars to transport the car from Lakewood to Freehold. I told them I could drive to Lakewood myself for less then 10. So they in turn waived that rediculous fee. Then the car had no warranty I had to purchase a warranty, then gap insurance..I kept asking the salesman Dan Mc what is my total price for the car..He said "DONT WORRY WAIT TIL YOU GET TO FINANCING...So not getting any answer from him I went to financing. My 11,000 car became a WHOPING 18,000..I changed my mind at the table and the Assistant Finance Manager Says"SHES NOT SIGNING" I ran out as fast as I could to my SUV to find they alrady took off my Plates..When I requested them to be put back Dan says I threw the nuts away. I told him go get them..He refused so I called the police..The police came and made them put my plates back on so I could leave. I would never reccommend anyone going to this dealership!!!!! RUN!RUN! Fast. I have always been a chevy lover but this certainly made me start thinking differently about the people who represent this manufacturer.
