Save yourself the trouble

Customer Service, Arrogance of the employees especially that of the Finance Department

To make a LONG story short we got a Passat 3 weeks ago from David Michael VW or VW of Freehold, whatever they call themselves now and we are STILL having trouble with them! I went here to compare pricing to Contemporary in Little Silver. No comparison. Contemporary guys (Joe in Sales and Mike in mgt.) were very helpful and efficient.  They gave me a better price without the run around and did not make me feel I owed them something for the priviledge of driving a Ben...

Arrogant makes you feel that you owe them for the privelege of buying a car.

Sales person Andre was knowledgeable and agreeable. Listened to my needs and located the car with the features I wanted. I was trading in my current car and told him I had researched the trade in value and the invoice price of the new car. Assured me their pricing would be fair. Spoke to the sale...
