Nice facility, courtesy ride to/from work to get your car if you need it. However, the pickup service ends @ 3PM, which they didn't tell me about! I had to get a ride from a coworker @ 5 otherwise I would not have been able to get there in time! Went in for a 30,000 mile service. I didn't know at the time, but I got the "Town Motors" service, not the Subaru service. Their service has a bunch of junk that you don't need, but pay for. For example, the coolant additive is no longer needed. Injector cleaner (Gumout) that was like $25. Not needed. White lithium grease sprayed SLOPPILY all over all the hinges, and rubber door stops, etc. Not needed, but it costs YOU. Go with a specific list or you will get all these "specials" that are not called for by Subaru, or specifically stick to the Subaru schedule and go over it item-by-item with the service adviser before you sign off. Once I got the car back home, I checked everything because. I just do, and you should too! Everything was overfilled! Trans fluid was all the way up the dipstick! (1+ qt overfilled) In addition, the coolant reservoir was overfilled, power steering reservoir was overfilled, brake fluid was overfilled, and the front differential was also overfilled. Do the people who refill the fluids even LOOK at what they are doing????? Overfilled can be as bad as under-filled! It isn't rocket science, and there really is no excuse for that to happen. Shame. I spent the next day draining down the fluids to the proper level, and wiping off all the white goop from my doors. They did fix a rotor problem and had the vehicle done when promised. Next time, I will be more specific, and mention the fluids to the adviser. Check fluids before leaving the facility!
