Infiniti of Englewood
Jeffrey - I wanted to drop you a brief note to say how impressed I am
with your team at Infinity - in particular George Tayeh.
As quick
background, I have been a Lexus guy for nearly 10 years with three
cars under my belt.
With a few months left on my ES 350 lease I
wanted to make a change.
After a couple hours of online
searching/comparing I settled in on the G37x.
I then had to decide
which dealership to go to and sent out a note to a couple of local
Infinity dealers.
The first call I got was from Roy at your
dealership.
Roy was helpful, knowledgeable and seemed like a straightshooter.
With that, I made the trip to your showroom at 8pm on January 31st -
smack in the middle of our recent snow.
When I arrived I was greeted
by a terrific receptionist and Roy.
I spent a few minutes with Roy
and was then introduced to George to discuss the specifics.
Although
I was familiar with the car, knew I was going to buy, and was
literally the only customer in the store; George took extra time to
review the G37x features and ensure I was comfortable.
George also
introduced me to Craig - another Infinity Superstar.
I made the commitment to trade in my Lexus for the G37x that night and
committed to come back the next afternoon.
When I arrived I was again
greeted by a great receptionist and spent time with Eddie discussing
my Lexus.
Eddie was also helpful and did an outstanding job
expediting the Lexus review.
Given my schedule, I decided to do the
formal pick-up the following evening.
On my 3rd and final visit I spent additional time with Craig who laid
out and explained all the paperwork.
Craig was a true professional
and a great guy overall.
I then hooked back up with George.
Once
again, George was incredibly thourough and helpful.
George went out
of his way to introduce me to Todd in your service department -
another Infinity professional.
Lastly, and to me most importantly,
George went through the entire car with me to ensure I understoodd all
the car's features - bluetooth, navigation, music box and much more.
In all my car buying experience I have never gotten such a solid
overview.
I have been a senior Marketing and Sales guy for nearly 20 years and
believe client service in the difference between success and failure -
moreso than the few dollars one may pay extra on a lease/purchase.
After three visits I was able to meet and deal with eight people
across a range of areas and was impressed by each.
I look forward to buying my next cars from Infinity and sharing my
experiences with friends.
