WONDERFUL SALES STAFF AND BEAUTIFUL SHOWROOM!!!

The staff at Benzel-Busch are courteous, professional, helpful and very friendly. Our sales associate, Giovanni B went above and beyond to make us comfortable with our search and ultimate lease. There was no pressure to move forward, only information to assist my fiance and I to make the best decisions for us. We could not be happier with our decision - I am loving my E350 cabriolet and my fiance is eagerly awaiting his custom CLS 63 AMG to get here! Anyone looking for a new vehicle, whether thinking Mercedes at first or not, should visit Benzel Busch and ask for Gio - he is the best!!!

Not professional, they are missing a gold bracelet and a gold tie clip....mafia still manager talking down to you....talks in a reverse psychology style, never attempted to make a deal, one price take it or leave it..... Side note: Service for my existing CLS never had problem, service team is great...

In one word, 'AVOID' Benzel-Busch! This is their strategy. 1. They will give you very attractive quote. 2. They ask you to pay refundable deposits to check your credit (actually, you will not see your money back) 3. They will comeout with some reasons and change the price (not reasonable, more than 20% different from your first quote) 4. They will tell you you can take the new price or you can not have your money (deposit) back. 5. They break the quote but its their POLICY to keep the deposit. Do not waste your time and money. you can find better mercedes dealers within 10-mile range. Having visited most of the Mercedes Dealers in NJ, I have to say Benzel Busch was hands down the best. From the way I was greeted to the handling by my salesman, I never felt rushed or exposed to a typical sales process. My salesperson, Lou Gallo was excellent. I received an excellent price and a professional and polite attitude from a very knowledgeable young man. This is the third MB I have purchased and I can assure you I will no longer look elsewhere in the future. The owner of the dealership was working on all three of the days I was in the dealership and took the time to greet me personally and thank me for my business at the time of delivery. This is a classy operation.

Excellent Experience

I visited an Infinity Dealership in Bloomfield before I went to Benzel-Bush and the Infinity people seemed rude and amateurish. A telephone conversation with a sales rep at the Mercedes dealership and walk into it later sealed the deal for me. This is a what sales should be like... Informed, Considerate, and thoroughly Professional. There is no need to unnecessarily push people into buying a car which some dealers just don't get. Not this one. I recommend this without any qualms and try to ask for a person named Nancy Attardo and if you can't find her, all of the other staff is just as co-operative.
