My car was never fixed right the first time, quality of service work could not be worse

I've experienced nothing but problems with Catena's Service Department.  My car is less than 6 months old, and I've had 4 unrelated problems with the car.  In each case, I've had to bring the car back to them 3 or more times before it was fixed correctly.  The Service Advisors are always very apo...
