I've experienced nothing but problems with Catena's Service Department. My car is less than 6 months old, and I've had 4 unrelated problems with the car. In each case, I've had to bring the car back to them 3 or more times before it was fixed correctly. The Service Advisors are always very apologetic, but a lot of good that does, what a waste of time. It sounds like they spend a good part of their time apologizing to the customers. The last straw was when they rotated my tires, and didn't properly tighten the lug nuts on one of the wheels. How basic a mistake can one make when working on a car? I was driving home from the dealer and felt this weird vibration and clunking, and luckily I figured out the problem before the wheel fell off. I'm never going back there.
