Service center shows no interest in helping customers. Only in upselling services, regardless of whether they fixed the problem you come in for. Nobody looks up from the task they are doing. 90% of the people who work there, tell you about their problems, their day, their headache, and NEVER look at you. (10% are actually professional). But most of them show interest in only completing whatever task they have, and moving you in and out in the most discourteous manner, all the while making sure your walk out with the largest invoice possible. They show no regard for the customer and give reason to believe they don't care whether they have provided good service. Show no pride in their service. You are on your own there, while they go cha ching cha ching. Very unpleasant experience.
