Worse dealer I have ever seen.

We walk into a dealership to view the cars, they have 1 car on the showroom floor. The lot has no more than a few cars. We asked for 3 different models, none were available to show and we had to look around a tiny overcrowded lot to see if they had a new car, and when we found one we found out later it was sold. We had to stand outside in 100 degree weather for 20 min to search the parking lot for a car to buy that did not exist, and on top of that no place to test drive the imaginary car. Do not waste your time.

We here at Open Road MAZDA of East Brunswick do apologize to our customers for any inconvenience. We are here to help serve all your automotive needs and try to make it as hassle and stress less as possible. Currently the demand for such a great product as Mazda 6's & 3's and the Crossover vehicles are a bit scarce we still try to accomodate all of our cusotmers wants. We are definitely a large volume selling Dealer in the North East Region and continue to strive to correct any hiccups that we come across. All our best.
