Made an excellent deal by phone, made an appointment, and to my amazement the deal was honored completely and extremely fast without a hitch. The sales dept. could not have been nicer or more accomadating. I would never buy a Buick or GM product from anyone but Perrine! Oh I almost forgot to mention my trade. We settled on a price that was more than fair for me on the phone and they wouldn't even test drive or take the car into the garage.
