Pros:: Convenient location.
Cons:: Seem not to understand basic concepts of customer service.

I have been to Lynnes Subaru for service 3 times, for two different cars, between 2006 and 2008. Lynnes is conveniently on my way to work - so I can drop the car off and take the bus in to the office. But, 2 out of 3 were disappointing.
