Horrible, horrible service at 128 Saab: by eciramella on 06-19-08 (08:10AM)

Pros:: Always have a loaner car for me. Even if it is occasionally a ford focus...
Cons:: All of the above - plus waiting room is like a jail cell.

At the 40K (or so) mile mark, I needed to replace my tires, the dealership wanted close to $900 to do this, so I opted to to to TireRack and buy wheels and tires for only a few hundred dollars more. When the wheels were delivered, I could only get the wheels off of one side of my car. So I brou...
