Watch Out!

Pros:

They are the only Acura dealer in the area and are beginning to realize they can't steal from people

Cons:

They are still stealing

I've brought my car their a couple times, but only when local mechanics could not complete specific repairs.  This dealer has never had a loaner car for me, but more importantly, the fleece the heck out of you on every repair.  They quoted me $1,600 for the timing belt. Good, Fast, Friendly Service

Pros:

Easy Appts, Loaners for CPO and New vehicles, friendly staff

Cons:

Cramped, non-premium feel waiting room/area

Brought my 2003 MDX in for service, was able to make appt almost immediately (within a couple days) for service appt.  Called back to reschedule -- needed a loaner, so had to wait 2 weeks, which I thought was fair.  Loane was a current year, low mileage Acura, and not an Enterprise Rent a Wreck. ...
