Pros:

Salesperson Kris; straightforward/no surprises; very responsive over phone and email.

Cons:

None--just be sure to do your homework and I suggest using email to negotiate.

Pros:

Finance Dept actually OK

Cons:

Not a Ton of inventory, just looking to move vehicles first/please customers second.

Bought a Certified Pre-Owned Acura MDX from them -- experience was so-so.  They move a lot of cars (or so they say) -- but they don't have oceans of cars onsite like you'd see at the larger dealers in the area so selection may be limited depending on what you want on the lot.   Their mantra is pr...
